The Company
Innovative Builder’s Group LLC is a General Contracting company which specializes in custom home development, primarily building custom homes, spec homes and numerous home remodeling projects. The General Contractor, Susan Miller, brings 17 years experience and knowledge to the table and also serves as the lead designer. Attaining a Bachelor's Degree from Cornish Institute in Seattle, WA, coupled with her strong leadership skills, Susan Miller brings an element to home building like no other. Innovative Builders Group LLC strongly believes that on-site supervision, being there every day, overseeing all design elements, making crucial decisions as well as working closely with every subcontractor is essential. The standards are of high expectation for preciseness, cleanliness and positive attitudes.

Design Approach
Innovative Builders Group believes a home should have custom quality, setting the standard above mainstream elements. All home plans are custom designed per job basis to “fit” the site, each unique to each other and no other.
